MMM Bò Kho…this is probably one of my favorite noodle soups to eat but given my mediocre cooking skills, it’s usually few and far between that I try to make it. Sometimes it turns out good, sometimes it doesn’t. Typically, I use some combination of the following three recipes (don’t ask why.. I just get too ADD to follow one recipe or something so I mix and match):
A lot of people like to eat this beef stew with french bread and dip their bread in the stew butttt I like mine better with rice noodles. I love all my noodle soups with rice noodles over egg noodles. Just personal preference. Anyway, the dinner this time around turned out pretty good. But because I still haven’t hammered down my own exact recipe, it’s a hit or miss… maybe I’ll try to figure out exactly what I put in it next time. OR maybe I’ll just keep referring to the recipes from those three awesome blogs and hope for the best!
